1.) Open your menu on the left bottom panel, Tap 'PREFERENCES' and choose 'DEFAULT APPLICATION FOR LXSESSION'.
2.) Open 'AUTOSTART' on the LXSession configuration and then Add this sintax on the manually autostarted applications :
" @nm-applet "
(without quotes) and then click ADD.
3.) Close LXSession configuration and reboot your system.
