Open your terminal command and sintax like this :
~$ sudo gedit /etc/xdg/autostart/nm-applet.desktop
and then copy paste inside picture number 1.

Go to Setting Manager than choose Sessions and Startup Applications and uncheck default Network (Manage your connections) before Add settings like Picture Number 2 and I hope this is can help for everyone ubuntu users.
